As a mother of two young children, I was really intimidated by the prospect of selling our house. But Joanne Knauf made the process completely painless. She is a true expert, and she told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell (much less than we thought, thankfully). She arranged for professional pictures to be taken of our house. When it went on the market, she screened potential buyers and arranged showings so that we only had to leave the house during a few relatively brief time periods. We got the offer we accepted within three days of putting it on the market!
